❤️My Second Month of OJT❤️

On the second month of our OJT at Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4P's), we are very excited and eager to learn new things. In this month we are given different tasks that we need to do. We assigned to mark the names of Set 11 Grantees who are qualified to get a cash assistance from the benefits of 4P's and  segregate their ID's and documents according to their Barangay. Also we assigned to assist the Set 11 Grantees to get their 4P's ID's for them to get their cash assistance. The last tasks that we do is that we accompany our supervisors in the respected Barangay to held the FDS/Family Development Session. After doing all tasks that we given to us, there are three things that I realized. First, I realized that it’s not easy to have a job and to be an employee. As I observe there, they need to encounter a lot of problems and they need to solve it right away. But when they are having a hard time, they still enjoying their works. Second, I realized that it’s really hard to have your own money; you need to work hard for it. Unlike for being a student, you all need to do is to spend your money for nothing or some others just budgeting it but they don’t know how hard to get that. It’s never like that anymore when you have your own work or as we can say when you already in a real world. And last, I realized that it’s really important to a worker to love their job first because if you don’t want or like what you are doing in your work, you’re making your life miserable. Your making you’re self-stressed and you will always feel bored and lazy in your working hours. You have to enjoy it so that you will have a happy life because work or job will be part of your life forever and ever.
My experience with the people around me is that, I’ve encountered different attitudes of every employee in the company. Some are very kind and friendly to me and some are kind too but very strict. But despite of that, I can manage to deal with them in a nice way or in a professional way where the best attitude than I can have.
My stay for more than two months in PANTAWID Pamilyang Pilipino Program has become very meaningful to me because it helped me grow and as a person and made me realize that OJT serves as our training grounds in preparing ourselves to more challenging life battles in the work place. I am very grateful to Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program for accepting me in their office and for training and teaching me a lot of things that will surely help me in my future career and to all the people who helped me make it through, without them I will not be able to accomplish my 320 hours On-the-Job Training.
My ojt was so fun and I gain a lot of experiences there. I also loved how the workers accompanied their ojt’s. I liked how they care about their ojt’s. I know and they know that we (co-ojt) work in their office without allowances so sometimes they gave us a treat like they treating us lunch or a snacks just to show us that they appreciated are work. The most memorable event or experience during our practicum was when our Training Supervisors treat us for lunch because it's our last day of OJT. The way they treated us is like his/her daughters and son. We are very thankful and greatfull that they are our supervisors they are all loving, kind and always care for us. We promise that we never forget them, our memories will always keep in our hearts and we love them so much.
